Our Policy
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE & AFTER BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SMOOTH SERVICE. It is your responsibility to make sure that you read all the instructions.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
$50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for services UNDER $249.
$60 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for services OVER $250.
If deposit is not received within the same day as the booking, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
You still have to send a deposit even if you order bundles on through our website for your appointment with us after booking.
In the event of a cancellation or you are unable to make it, please keep in mind that your deposits will NOT be refunded and you will have to go through the booking process again.
The remaining balance is to be payed with CASH only the day of your appointment. We do not accept any other form of payment.

include in the message section of the e-transfer your appointment date and time. Transfer will be considered as a gift if not labelled.
Entire address will be provided to you through a confirmation email after your deposit is received. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT/NO ADDRESS.
2. All Deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred ones to an appointment during the same month only. (if you reschedule more than one time or cancel your appointment, you will have to go through the booking process again and also send a new deposit). Deposits go towards balance of service.
LATE FEE:
You have a 10 minute grace period. $15 late fee will be added to your balance if you are 15 minutes late and if you are 20 minutes late your appointment is automatically cancelled and deposit will be lost.
15 minutes late: $15
20 minutes late: APPOINTMENT CANCELLED
We tend to have clients back to back so please be respectful of timing. Please do not to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time or you will be asked to kindly wait until your scheduled time. So it is best if you show up 5 minutes before or right on time.
Emergency/Squeeze In/Day of Appointment:
$50 and depending on the hairstyle. Please note that this is an additional fee.
APPOINTMENT TIME FRAME:
Please keep in mind that all braiding times are estimated and not exact. Braiding time all depends on the style, size and length of braids and most importantly the density of your natural hair. If you do have extremely high density texture hair, please note that your appointment may take longer than the estimated time please also inform me before booking.
Please do not book on the day you have an event because your hair can take additional time, I do not rush my work.
SHORT HAIR:
Hair must be 4 inches or longer all around your head. If you have short hair, or any hair loss or your edges are damaged, please make sure to have a consultation with me before booking an appointment.
For best results, please avoid fresh trim. Do not get your hair trimmed before your appointment
Come with your hair already washed, detangled, blow dried from root to end and free of any products. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and lost of deposit (I do not work with uncleaned hair).
Relaxed HAIR:
Please note that I do NOT braid on freshly relaxed hair.
Weft-less Bundles for Goddess braids, Bora Bora braids ect..:
We offer weft-less human hair bundles for any styles that require the boho look. Please purchase your human hair at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment with us. If you are purchasing human hair from us for your appointment, please add a note to your order saying "APPOINTMENT READY" at checkout. We require the hair to be prepped in advance before your appointment since it takes extra time. If the human hair you want is out of stock, you can Pre-order through our website 2 weeks in advance.
***If you are providing your own bundles, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DROP OFF THE BUNDLES 2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT (LABLED WITH YOUR NAME AND APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME) SO THAT IT CAN BE PREPPED FOR WHEN YOU COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Hair can be dropped off to the address mentioned in your confirmation email that you receive from after sending deposits. Please contact us to schedule an appropriate drop off time. If you are unable to, there is a possibility that your appointment would be cancelled.
MIXING COLOURS OF BRAIDING HAIR/ USING HUMAN HAIR CURLS/OR ADDING BEADS:
Mixing braiding hair colour or adding beads take extra time as well as prepping human hair for goddess braids. MIXING BRAIDING HAIR COLOURS IS AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $10 SINCE IT TAKES ADDITIONAL TIME AND WORK. Please let us know in advance before the date of your appointment if you will require any of those services.
Please stay home and inform us if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID (DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)
No extra guests allowed at appointments (including kids). No exceptions or appointment will be canceled.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1.When canceling an appointment, a 72-hour notice is required. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, OR DON'T SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNADABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
2.Same day cancellation and no shows result in lost of deposit.
